The giveaway referenced below (“Giveaway“) is organized by Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. located at 1435 Main St. Sarasota, FL 34236. These rules are the terms and conditions of the Giveaway (“Rules“). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Rules. If you do not agree with these Rules you should not enter the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway at Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood.’s sole discretion.

End Date: 1/17/2023 11:59pm EST

Entry Method: During the entry period, follow the steps below.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States. You are eligible to enter the Giveaway if you meet the Eligibility Requirements. Employees of Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. or its affiliates and anyone else professionally connected with this Giveaway are not eligible to win the Prize (as described above). Any such entries will be invalid. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Must abide by all Herald Tribune eligibility requirements to vote.

Number of Winners: 1 winner

Prize: One winner will receive one $500 gift card to Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. (Approximate retail value: $500. Total approximate retail value $500).

During the Entry Period, you may enter the Giveaway via the Entry Method described above. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. You must abide by the Herald Tribune contest terms and conditions.

At the close of the Entry Period, the winner (“Winner”) will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood.’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.  Odds of winning depend on the actual number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner is unreachable for 48 hours after the first attempt to contact such winner Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. may award the Prize to an alternate entrant. To claim the Prize, the Winner must pick up their gift card at Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood.

The Winner will receive the Prize. The Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except in Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood.’s sole discretion. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees, including transportation, and accommodations associated with the acceptance and/or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize is subject to Additional Prize Conditions noted above. Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. will not be responsible for any loss, liability, or damage arising out of Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

Requests for a winners list must be received no later than 30 days after the end date of the Entry Period.

Conditions: By entering the Giveaway, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time and may carry out checks of any details provided.

Use of Data: DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD. may collect personal data about entrants for marketing purposes.  By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD.’s collection and usage of their personal information in order to administer the Giveaway and as described in these Rules.

Duval’s Fresh. Local. Seafood. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD. reserves the right to select a winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension.  Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted on DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD.’s website.  DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD. may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Giveaway, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD., or DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD.’s agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD. in its sole discretion).  DUVAL’S FRESH. LOCAL. SEAFOOD. reserves the right to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.
